I strive to be working for the right thing and have strong competencies within governance, strategy, compliance management and risk and have proven records within management and leading functions, extensive experience being Head of Compliance at Group level in resent +15 years, in different companies within the Financial sector and Private Equity, and across countries in and outside of the EU including Luxembourg.

Strong competencies within governance, strategy, compliance management and risk, 25+ years of experience within the international financial sector, incl. Private Equity, Asset Management, UCITS & AIFM, digital development and Corporate strategy. Business, strategic and risk oriented with focus on governance, sustainability, and mega trends, and extensive experience working at Board and Executive Board level. As head of department, structured and goal oriented, and experienced in strategy and staff development and implementation, performance, and distance management as well as roll-out of high standard management frameworks in a complex and international environment across countries in and outside of the EU.
