Anja Larsen

I find it interesting to work with employee development and organizational development, through my master's degree in general pedagogy, I have acquired a lot of knowledge in this particular area. My motivation in my field lies in making sure that the employees develop their skills so that they give their best, in relation to the company's vision. My dream job would be a position as HR, but at the same time I would also be open to working in the education sector.

Who am I?

I am 27 years old, born and raised in Denmark. I speak and write English at a high level, and then I can speak and write German but at a beginner level, currently I am trying to learn Korean, where my current level is beginner.

I will complete my master's degree in general pedagogy in January 2024, and am ready to get out and use all my acquired skills in the labor market.

As for now I do not have any my work experience, as I have not finished my master general education yet.

But before studying my bachelor in social education I worked as a school and leisure educator, where I was responsible for the younger children, who just started school. 

during my bachelor I also worked as an intern in the school as a pedagogue, so I have a lot of work experience in education for younger children in school.
