Ana Oliveira

I'm 21 years old, I'm Portuguese and I'm looking for an internship or work in the sports field. I like sports since I was a little girl, namely football, formula 1 and hockey are my favorite sports. My course is in the management of sports organizations, which allows me to have a great capacity for techniques and knowledge in various areas of sport. I also participated in the ERASMUS program where I participated in the International Sales and Marketing Management course.

A fun fact about me is that I'm Portuguese but I prefer Messi to Ronaldo.

I worked at a florist part-time in summer in 2021 and 2022.

My tasks were a great help to evolve in the area of communication with the customer and store management. Some tasks are: Customer service; Store management and organization; Invoicing processing; Responsible for registering, delivering and receiving orders.

I was also on an internship, at Mafra City Council, in the sports department for 3 months. With this internship, I performed several tasks that allowed me to evolve and gain new skills within a sports organization. Some tasks are: Industry research; Management and organization of sporting events; Operational treatment; Logistical treatment; Assistance at events; Sustainable development goals (UN).

In 2019, I started my degree at Escola Superior de Rio Maior (University), in the Management of Sports Organizations course. 

This education gave me the basis to deal with situations related to sport in sports events and organizations. Some skills are: Sport management; Sport project management; Sales techniques for sports products and services; Sport innovation and technologies; Sporting events; Sports marketing; Sport facilities

I am currently participating in the ERASMUS program in Denmark. I'm at the International Business Academy, on the International Sales and Marketing Management course.

This training gave me the basis to work with various skills within international marketing and sales. Some skills are: Marketing innovation; B2B and B2C communication; Sales environment; Customer relationships; Competitive advantage; Business intelligence and strategies.
