- Be responsible for the implementation of our strategic priorities, ensuring that all product teams involved are prioritising and delivering to achieve that goal.
- Manage the roadmap and value realisation for one or more multi-disciplinary teams to iteratively deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Set measurable goals for your product, that roll up into our portfolio success measures and value drivers. Report against these monthly to demonstrate progress against stated benefits.
- Develop an expert understanding of customers' needs and promote these in the delivery of your products, advocating the value of user-centred design to the wider business.
- Coordinate product development with other product teams to minimise risks and manage dependencies.
- Engage with users, customers and stakeholders through a range of channels to encourage awareness and use of your product.
- Be involved in a range of programme management activities, in support of the head of product, and play an active role in the product team sharing your learning and celebrating progress.
- Proactively identifies new opportunities, is self-motivated to achieve goals and takes the initiative to make change happen.
- Demonstrates exemplary verbal, written and visual communication skills that you tailor to the needs of the audience.
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business, including senior leaders, representing the work of your team and demonstrating its contribution to overall company priorities.
- Has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver products that scale from minimum viable product (MVP) to full digital maturity.

As a Senior Platform Product Owner, you will be part of the business platform team. This team have accountability for customer-facing web and mobile channels. is the primary channel for customers who want to book ocean & logistics products with Maersk. It is used to attract new business, sell pay-as-you-go products, create self-service capability, and take payment from customers.
Our vision is to transform our digital proposition from a transactional 'ocean' focussed website to a simple, intuitive omni-channel experience facilitating personalised, integrated logistics solutions for our customers. To deliver this transformation for our millions of annual users, we are standardising processes, digitising the remaining offline journeys, and redesigning the customer experience.
